I made another OC, someone send help

I don't usually use bases all that much anymore, aside from references so this is kinda special to me. I originally took this template to just fool around with it, play with some colour schemes, things like that but the more I played with it the more I started to make a concrete character so, may I introduce you to Cather! Cath for short.
