This is Heart, one of the antagonists of the campaign, a rowdy and impulsive Full Moon who was only working with the main antagonist because her undead girlfriend was loyal to him. This was her battlepog, one of two she would have had custom-made for her, and she got that done before her talky portrait because the odds of the party meeting her without fists flying was basically nil despite being a very low-combat campaign.
