Wanted to make an av of my WoL, so here he is.

As you can tell by the title, yes he has the loudest ojou-sama laugh and yes he is specifically laughing at the misfortunes of people he dislikes. Shayun is an insufferable dick in every world he exists in, and honestly the only thing keeping WoL!Shayun being as bad as Deeb!Shayun is that the latter lived in a society where being a terrible person was encouraged for his social class.
