here comes a special boy

Not only is he the first hybrid Falinkubus, he's also the first legendary Falinkubus... a two-for-one special that I am unlikely to repeat again. He comes with a sfw and nsfw ref as well as a quick image to show what parts glow and some doodles to show how the plants are attached. He does have scales, I just accidentally turned off the layer it was on when saving the preview.
