If you're wondering where the throne is: it, like other background details, was omitted for clutter reasons.

Anyway! Drew one of my Starshooters, Almagesti, as the King of Staves. There were a few reasons for it, but mostly that the suit's element is Fire and of the cards in the suit the King fit her best.

There was more I thought of while working on it, but I no longer remember it. Spent too long trying to write this description. :V
