Usually traveling a not stuck to one place unless there is a strong sad pull to the environment. Normally can only be seen by the super sad or the ridiculously cheerful. Affecting a small bit of ones mood by making a person feel a tid bit sad for no reason.

They are born with beads attatched to their back that float and have magical properties.

The feathers around their neck/down their chest change colors depending on level of sadness or on rare occasions happiness. The colors usually ranging in opposites of their feather color. They can be genderless but not always dsfs
