bears being thought of as savage, and not to mention rugged grizzled (hah!) and very much centered in the wilderness, it makes having their traits on a girl, so vulnerable and soft (by sight, at least) very intriguing visually and conceptually. the slipper-like feet are such a cute touch.

Probably cause it sounds deep and when reading stuff I can get deep into the emotions but I get what you're saying. Just because she looks soft, doesn't mean she is. Which she is a fighter! An adventurer! Danger knows no bounds, like her.-
