From the Thu'Marath Phrasebook:
Sau- – Prefix, used to reference the heart of the individual (Pronunciation: Sau similar to beginning of Sour)
-Huhr – Suffix, Describes the way in which sand drains, often used metaphorically (Pronunciation: "Hoorh" the h at the end softens the r)
Sauhuhr – Literally “Heart draining away”, often used to mean either loss of willpower/motivation or heartbreak depending on inflection and body language. A somewhat common misunderstanding among those working with Thu'Marath (or enslaving them) from the pronunciation has given rise to the phrase “Thu'Marath gone sour” to refer to indolence, laziness, insubordination, etc. (Pronunciation: "Sau-hoorh")
