Upon death, a soul is granted the title Phantom if the soul is strong enough in a certain chakra. The uniform a phantom wears can be either white or black. It can not be grey, and it can not be any other color aside from there assigned color. Along with a maroon color cloth to represent there injury when they were mortal. (she has them on her wrists and ankles, which can't be seen in this pic)

The Wolf Phantom is the Negotiator, of the spirits. Her power resides with blue chakra.

Her title is Phantom of voice, as obvious as that sounds she can use her throat chakra to make a word into a powerful force. eye contact is needed to make the effect happen. Saying "break" will make something break, saying "mend will mend something, vice versa. But the more powerful the effect of the word, the more chakra it takes to do so.

She fights using her Lightsaber based weapon, Short temper. It can cut steel and through various objects like butter. But it has a short reach because it was designed as a short short for a child.

The Wolf Phantom isn't a child, but she is the shortest in the group. Her height is around 4'3
She and the Fox Phantom holds a similar interest, and shares the same color, though Fox Phantom was allowed to choose any color given he wasn't assigned to any chakra. She's very optimistic that everything will be alright in the end, but short tempered as her weapon name suggests.
