Overheard just outside South Station, a couple days ago when we had that brief flurry. I was heading home at rush hour, walking to catch the subway. This was all I heard, and I only noticed because she first seemed to be talking to herself (I'm still not used to people having hands-free phone conversations) and the outburst surprised me; she seemed rather huffy about the whole situation.

I don't know the full context, but let this be a lesson: Don't think you're being slick when you withhold the huggage - people evidently notice that sort of thing, and they are tired of your shit.
