I’m still sitting on the overarching story for these two, the main idea between them is comradery between two very differently motivated people.

Kaan is a cowardly boy at heart who over thinks most situations to draw a negative conclusion, leading him to over prepare or avoid everything that would bring out the vulnerable side of himself.

Hyun Jae is brave in the bleakest of times, she is quick to plan and act but sometimes will miscalculate in her haste to get results. She never displays any uncertainty and can be incredibly hard headed.
