This is a silly edit of an edit of a joke which was shared with me on Twitter. This was made as part of a complete remake of the image but figured it better to just include the main drawing since it was a fun little experiment.

Here's the text that I added in myself:

Inside your brain there is a sentient thought that can hear and influence your every impulse and desire. Its primary goal is to direct you to as much pleasure as you can muster without coming to any lasting harm so that it may feed off of the positive vibes for sustenance.

You could try to treat it, but even if you realized that you needed to, why even bother?
