Around the time the sonic the hedgehog movie came out, I found myself reading the new comic, listening to games music, and watching a few speedruns here and there. By the time I got to see the movie, I had a feeling of nostalgia and wanted to see if I could pull off the sonic style again. When I first started drawing I started off drawing my own sonic characters for quite some time until I moved onto anime. I used Nova for this challenge mainly because she was my newest character and I wanted to see both of her form in the sonic style. I think I did decent but I have to laugh at tanuki Nova since she so short she looks like a child! I tired to keep both of her size proportionate to the sonic universe and since she is below 5ft normally I made her 3ftish for her sonic height. Overall I think they both look quite silly! But I like how the image came out, so please enjoy!
