One quite complex work I finished actually on sunday at night, which took me the entire week really, both on the design itself of the characters, their outfit and the background, as the three things were done on the go during the sketching phase; nevertheless turned out fantastic and so... darks XD (only spanish-speaking furs that watched "chica darks" would catch on)

Well, as for the characters, even throuh they're wearing a swiss armband they're actually born German, their background explains better their relation to Switzerland, also they're twin brothers... obviously not identical twins (althrough they were identical when they were little children) and also polar oposites on the manly/girly spectrum.
If you wanna know... I'm tempted to draw a comic explaining their whole story and... involve twincest, quite controversial I know... but would be just one time XD
(also personally incest is not bad... as long as neither parental/uncle/grandparental, nor rape or inbreeding involved)

Later on I'll give out details of their respective personalities, for now, the small girly one is called Romani, and his ripped brother is called Cremilio... not too german-ish but you make get the reference XD

As for technique...I originally intended the characters to be oil-shaded, I have no idea why I went for cell-shading at the end >w<
And I've been quite improving on backgrounds too, I've never drawn a bedroom to look this fine XDDD
