This is what I've been spending these past months (since September last year) working on. All that time and I feel nothing over it. I could have done much better had I been given more time, and had I come up with a better idea. At least now I can spend my time doing other things.
An entire scene was actually cut from this due to time constraints. Too bad, it was a rather nice one involving owls. Maybe, someday in the far future, I'll do this story justice...

Story explanation: In order for a forest to grow and thrive, it needs a regent who cares for it. In Notchear's world, these regents are large golden elks with the ability to transform into oak trees. They are not born, but rather grow from golden acorns that only hang on other such oaks.
After a lightning storm destroys the old King Oak in the woods, the forest starts withering away slowly but surely. If it is to recover, it will need a new regent to care for it.
One brave lynx decides to take matters into her own paws and plant a new King Oak. She traverses to a neighbouring wood in search of a golden acorn... but is the King of the Forest willing to give it up?

I got two words for this: Impressive work. Super smooth and still detailed. It's hard to think that you have barely done any detailed animations, so you're gonna get far in animation line.

I suppose that's true; this is my second or third completed animation (and the others were around 14 frames or less). Thankye.
