2299 15:00 hour. 35 light years from Terra, a Norway Class was heading back to port after a long 7 months trip. The F.S.S Wellington was one of many Starfleet ships that was tasked to search for new planetary systems, and scan planets for the Star Corps.

Starhunter, a chakat with a lioness like lower torso had peach colored with a cream underbelly that ran from hir chin down the middle underside of hir form with a blue mane to go with it.. It was hir 4th time out on tour, making the chakat just that much happy to be heading home to see hir family again. Shi was gazing down at the PADD that shi was reading from, seeing that it would be another 29 hours before they come out of warp. That means that hir last shift will be extended 3 hours. Shi had to guide the ship into the dock, and shut down systems before shi could enter the station itself and head planet side.

“I sense you'er thinking of home again,” came a warm and kind voice from beside hir. Pulling the chakat from hir thoughts as shi turned to gaze upon hir close friend Chakat Sunbeam. Hir body was covered with black fur and yellow tiger stripes.

“I’m always thinking about home on my free time, it’s been a long time since we’ve come home.” Star said before receiving a playful swat on hir rump by Sun’s long thick tail.

“I know silly, I just like the way you get when we are heading back home.” Sun smirked lightly before hir comm badge chimed.

“Chief Sunbeam, we need you in engineering,” Came a males voice from hir comm.

“Copy, I’m on my way.” Shi said before tapping hir badge. “Looks like launch will have to wait.” Sunbeam sighed a bit, soon finding hirself being hugged by Starhunter.

“We’ll get to chat later Sunny, keep you mind cleared and on the job at hand while your down there.”

“Yeah, I’ll make sure we make it home in this old ship.” Sun said before turning to leave the mass hall.

2 hours away from Terra, the F.S.S. Wellington prepared to come out of warp and begin to head its way to the Ship docking station.

“We are 2 hours away from station Captain,” Starhumter informed the captain while working the controls to the helm. The Captain himself was a Rakshani sitting upon his chair while gazing at his PADD.

“Very good,” he said before tapping a button on his chair built in PADD that sounded throughout the ship of the comm call.“All hands prepare for docking and offloading.” Grayclaw said; before closing the line.

Once the Ship was carefully docked inside the station, Grayclaw stood from his chair and turned to his XO, a black furred Vixen. “You have the conn Commander,” he told her before heading to his ready room.

It was another 3 hours before Starhunter was able to get planet side to the space port of hir homeland of Australia. It was about 19:00 hours as the chakat stepped out of the space port. Taking in a long deep breath, missing the scents of nature before a familiar voice could be heard from Hir empathic senses had already alerted Starhunter to Sunbeam approach. Shi smiled.

“It feels so great to be back, though I will by home by myself before big sis gets back from hir trip,” Star told with a touch of sadness, hir ears slightly lowered down a bit as did hir tail before feeling Sunbeam tail curl around the leonine chubby chakat . Shi gazeed up to hir friend.

“Well since I don’t live here, and you asked me before; I will say yes. I would like to come over to your place,”

Sunbeam murrs and nuzzles hir cheek alongside Star’s.

"I always wondered where you and your sister live; shi seems to be just as sweet as you are.”

Sunbeam chuckled while Star smirked at hir friend and licked the other chaket’s cheek softly before flagging down a PTV for them to place their things inside.

It was a 45 minute drive before they were at Starhunter's home. The house itself was a nicely sized looking home. Both chakats grabbed their belongings and proceeded to the house. Starthunter opened the front door for hir friend to enter before following suit.

Sun gazed around at the large living room, it had a coffee table with pads placed around it along with a long couch. The next room was larger; containing a kitchen and dining room which was even larger. It had a nice sized table, and some chairs along with pads on the floor for taurs like their self’s.

“This is just the two places me and my sis can be found other than the bedroom with we have 3 of them to your right, but me and my sis mostly sleep in one room. You'er welcome to share the bed with me tonight. If your wish.”

Sunbeam smiled and gave Star a playful swat to the rump with hir thick tail before heading towards the rooms. Shi stopping for a moment as shi tried to figure out which door to enter, Hir ears flickered from hearing Star laughing softly.

“First room on your left hun. Place your things inside and wash up if you like. I'll make us some dinner,”

Star told hir friend with another giggle before Sun went into the bedroom to take off hir saddle bags and placing them by the dresser. The tigress looking Chakat gazes around, enjoying the warm feel the room was giving off. It was just as welcoming as the rest of the house.

Sunbeam pulled off hir uniform top before entering the bathroom that was connected to the bed room. Shi took time to get cleaned up as shi wasn’t able to do during hir time on the ship.

30 minutes later a much refreshed Sunbeam was walking back to the kitchen, The lovely scent of food made hir realize just how hungry shi really was. About time Sun turn the corner; hir eyes widened at the sight before hir. The table had 2 large plates loaded with 6 thick juicy1 lb steaks, freshly made mashed potatoes, and vegetables.

Sun then gazed over to Star. Shi was just placing a pie into the oven before coming over to Sun, just as topless as hirself now that shi was in hir own home.

“Please take a seat and enjoy, let me know what I can get you.” Star smiled warmly before Sunbeam proceeded to the table and sat across from where Star would sit.

“Do you have any tea?” the tigress chakat asked, and was soon welcomed by a large mug of green tea, with a touch of lemon.

Sunbeam felt a bit overwhelmed by the meal. “Star you didn't have to cook all this up for me."

Earning a light chuckle as the leonine chaket wave’s hir hand. Shi sat upon hir own pad and took a hunk of meat to stuff into hir maw; murring at the taste before saying.

“I enjoy cooking. It’s something that my sis enjoys as well, and thanks to our mother showing us how to cook, well we both just really enjoy a good meal, and the company of friends.”

The meal was quite enjoyable, and the most Sunbeam have eating sense hir last family get to gather back on Chakona.

“Now I think I see why you’re so nicely plump my dear friend,” Sun snickered lightly. “Hell if I could even cook half as well as this I would be a bit filled out myself."

Star laughed softly after taking a drink from hir mug before getting up to pull out the pie that shi had made and to let it cool on the table between them.

“Well I was a bit plumper then this before I’ve joining Starfleet, They didn’t want a fat chakat; becuase they thought I wouldn’t last long."

Shi chuckled a bit before continuing “But I proved them wrong though, and if anything, I was able to carry and push my team while we were training.”

Star spooked with a light murr. “And this was only a quick meal, I do plan to make a nice meal for when my sister makes port for hir return as well,” Star informed the black furred chakat. "I would love to have you join us.” Shi said with a wink.

Sun blushed at the thoughts and emotions that Star projected hir way. “Sure, I would not miss it for the world. “ Sunbeam answered before the both of them dug into the pie that was cooling off.

Another 30 minutes later Star had all the dishes cleaned up, though Sunbeam asked to help, the leonine chakat would not hear of it and there was no arguing with a chakat.

Both Kat’s retired to the bedroom where they cuddled upon each other on the very large thick padded bed. Too tired from the long day of work to do anything else, and with full bellies, sleep was upon them both within moments.

3 days later the Front door opened up as a pudgy cougar with saddle bags entered the house.

“Sis, I’m home!” shi called out, but no one replied. Shi set hir bags aside.

Thriceborn empathic senses felt a light wave of pleasure being projected from the guest bedroom. A smile form on the cougar Chakat maw as hir shaft slowly coming out from its sheath.

“By the makers, those two are going to have me hard for a while," Shi thought to hirself before heading into the main bed room to get washed up and give hirself some attention.

By the time Thrice was done with hir shower, hir leonine sister was inside the kitchen, tail flickering happily behind hir while shi was getting dinner ready. Star turned around and just about pounced Thrice with a warm hug.

“I missed you so much big sis, hope your trip went smoothly,” Shi said before giving hir big sis a lick/kiss to the side of the cougar's cheek.

Thrice smiled as shi hugged hir little sis closely, purring as shi returned the lick/kisses to Star’s cheek and muzzle.

“Everything went as planned, and I got to have a nice welcome before washing up.” Thrice told with a giggle, seeing that Star’s cheeks and pinned back ears growed red.

“Sorry sis, thought we would be done before you got ho...”

Hir words was cut short as Thrice pressed hir lips to Star’s which made hir blinked. Tthan the leonine chakat just leaned into the kiss as a deep purr could be heard from both their chests.

Thrice enjoyed their moment before having to pull hir muzzle back to take in air. Panting softly. “You have nothing to be sorry about my dear sis, I was hoping that I could meet the one that has taking my sisters heart,” Thrice spoke while both kat’s entered the kitchen where Star set hirself back to fixing up dinner.

“I asked hir to be my den mate the other night…and as you can guess, shi said yes,” Star said with a light purr.

Thrice could sense hir sister happiness, hir empathic talent was quite high; an E-5, while Star had tested hirself to find that shi was an E-4, if pushed, shi could make it close to an E-5, still high, but not as great as hir older sister.

Starhunter gave hir pudgy sis a playful hip bump with hir rump. “You go rest sis, I told you that I was going to cook when you returned from your tour, and that has not changed.”

Thrice smirked before turning to head into the living room just as a black furred chakat was coming out the hallway. Sunbeam blinked then smiled to Thrice.

“Well you must be the one that my sister has told me so much about,” the cougar chakat said while giving the greeting hug to Sunbeam. “I’m Chakat Thriceborn, daughter of Purrsong , Lighttread, Lighttail, and Leatherneck.”

Shi said before taking a step back to led Sun to the living room where they could sit and chat while Star worked the kitchen like a pro chef.

“So how did you find my dear sis?”

Thrice asked, while sitting upon one of the taur pads placed around the coffee table, which Sunbeam joined hir.

“Well I guess you can say it was when I needed to find a partner. We needed the company, and empathic connection of another Chakat, I found that only one on our ship was a helmsman. So I took to meeting hir at the mass hall where we got to chat,” Sunbeam explained in a warm tone.

“Shi had been so busy that Star hirself forgot to check for another chakat on the ship as well, and we’ve grown close to know each other over the past year.”

Sunbeam smiled, thinking back on the many fun times they’ve had before shi was pulled from hir day dream by Star calling for them to come over to the table.

Thrice purrchuckled softly as shi felt the pleasant pure emotions that Sun projected and soon found hir shaft slightly poking out once more as shi stood.

“Well I think you both fit each other.” The cougar pattern chakat said before leading Sun to the dining room where plates were already placed upon the table.

“Please take a seat and I’ll bring everything out.” Star told the two kat’s before coming over to the table with a large plate of Fried Ravioli and Mozzarella sticks that decorated along the rim, soon heading back to the kitchen, the next was a large heavy dish that was pulled from the oven, and presentation was a baked Ziti with 3 sauces and 4 meats. Lastly was a large wine bottle Star held with hir prehensile tail. Once the dish was down and the wine poured into the glasses, Star sat between the other two.

“Now let us enjoy this meal,” the leonine chakat said happily before Thrice and hirself start to fill their plates along with Sunbeam. Seeing all the food that was before hir made Sun wondered if they were going to have more company.

Both sister’s sensed Sunbeams thoughts and chuckled softly, making Sun tilt hir head with a confused look upon hir face.

“Did I miss something?” Sunbeam asked, while gazing at the smiling kat's

"Well we felt that you was thinking more company was coming over, but this is it. Just the 3 of us this evening hun,”Thrice answered before taking another muzzle full of food.

Star chimed in. “We like cooking, and making good food thanks to our mother. Shi taught us how to cook as good as shi dose, but were still not as good as hir.”

Sunbeam had been with hir den mate for only 3 days, and found that Star was quite the best cook shi had ever met, and this meal for hir sisters welcome back dinner was indeed one of the best tasting meals the leonine chakat had made.

The large meal continued on with idle chat. Star found that two lead engineers talking about their work in the field was quite an enjoyable show; as both shared the some likes and dislikes.

The chatting continued as Starhunter got up to take all the empty dishes and placed them into the dishwasher before joining the chat once more.

“Sis, would you be ok if Sunbeam joined us tonight?” Shi asked with a wink.

Thrice smiled and gave a slight nod. “I don’t mind if Sun wishs to join us.”

The cougar chakat said before standing up and stretched hir self out, giving both Chakat's a teasing view of hir shaft poking out from its sheath before heading to the main bed room with Sunbeam and Star close behind.
