Black-backed jackal. I've drawn tons while I've been in Finland (still am) but I was so pleased with this that I had to upload it straight away. The strange colour combinations really seemed to work on this. My friend Charha is inspiring company. <3

It was my friend's idea to combine cobalt green with the oranges and yellow, but it really works. I like it so much because I think the colours remind me of Egypt, which is very fitting with a jackal. More oddly coloured animals coming up from tomorrow, when I fly back home. ^_^

The color combination on this is REALLY strange to me, but I like it! I'm trying to figure out *WHY* I like it, though. :) There's something about it that just appeals to me, and it has to do with the odd color combinations you are using here.
