From 2000. The gang out trick-or-treating. Morocco is dressed up as Inky, the bashful ghost from Pac-Man. (Actually, he could be any of them since he’s in power pellet mode.) Secret, ever the uninhibited one, sports a witch’s getup. He had rented it for Penny, but it didn’t occur to him that her ’do would do a number on the hat. Not to worry, though--Penny wraps up the trio as a mesmerizing mummy.

As with the other scraps from back then, ballpoint on paper, scanned, colored with PhotoDeluxe. Yeesh, the gradients. Yeesher, the (MS Paint?) pattern for the rock garden behind Penny.
