Once the frame is complete as in Diagram 2, the felt backdrop is installed and secured to the back of the frame with bulldog clips. Screws on the front of the frame protrude through slits in the felt. Then the card racks (ordinary 72”x16”x2” wire shelving) are hung on the screws. Discreet marks on the lip of the rack can aid in card placement.
