His father was turned into a basilisk by a witch and Vinny was eventually forced to kill his father. Filled with rage, he crafted a sword with his father's basilisk body-parts. His fang rests inside the tip of the blade, making it lethal to everyone but him. With his weapon made of the fallen and the fury of the suns, he hunts down the witch that turned his father.
He's very paranoid and greets everyone with hisses and exposed fangs. Though if you manage to prove you're not a threat and worth his time, he has a lot of stories to tell.
