anyway this is Jinx's "adoptive mother" named Fei. She did find Jinx when she was around 4-5 year old out in the woods abandoned and she is also the one who makes the daily potions Jinx's curse, she mainly bakes a lot of goodies but is also makes potions of medical needs that she sells those who needs it. Fei sometimes need to travel away a few days from the valley to gather ingredients but has faith in the sheriffs to keep an eye on both valley and her daughter meanwhile she is gone.
