The making of - Garrow's Fursuit Head by Cassius

The making of - Garrow's Fursuit Head

Cassius

Here is a collection of some of the images I took on the journey of constructing Garrow's fursuit head.

I had only dabbled in "realistic" fursuit making once before, it did not turn out well.
However, I feel pretty proud of this guy here. I cast/sculpted every part of him myself.
His jawset (top and bottom) are sculpey with modpodge saliva.
His nose was sculpted and then cast, then cast with silicone.
His eyes are cast clear resin and hand painted.
His whole head is carved foam.
His lips are made of black milliput with custom texturing done by hand.

He also has drybrushing to blend his furs and accentuate his grumpy snarly snout.

I would like to make some premade heads like this before I offer these as commissions.

But I had an amazing time making this and he is great fun to wear!

He has since been sold!
