Ok, not actually a hedgehog, but Garfield as a Sonic Character.

I attempted to use Sonic Adventure-like-coloring style.
I colored his eyes green because that's what color Sonic's eyes are, but when I was done, I realized Garfield has green eyes in the live action movie, so... appropriate.

It made me think up this song as well:
