Carni: Another final 'draw it again; same budget, same character' for an old pic drawn for Skyline! (Ryry)

Was loose referencing this rough colour-palette they put them in initially (but the initial order was for Ink-Only; so think I did ok considering!) X3

Jan's monthly theme was was so much fun! ^_^

Ry: Ohhhh my gosh you did so well holy heck. Like this was gonna be tough, I am really attached to that first ink of my Skyline, and any repeat would have been really easy to not match that particular nostalgic power. And yet look at this hunk of a dragon hhhhhot, Tall chest, long neck, flowing mane and sultry gaze. With fancy bracelets that are all too fitting for them, and different but fancy horns too. Also loving the choker/possible new permanent black band around Skylines neck, that is VERY themeic and I quite enjoy the idea of it being a new marking <3 <3 <3
