The kinda blurry anagraph effect? Basically what you do is you make a copy of your image (or the lineart layer) in Photoshop, go to blending options on that copied layer (which should be above the rest), uncheck the G and B channels on the first tab the window opens to under Advanced Blending, and check the "Blend Interior Effects as Group", after that you can just barely offset that top layer and it should make the 3D trippy effect! It looks better with at least a background color vs a transparent bg.
