The Bile is a unique entity within the Elderscapes, only encountered once by Grimm. It materializes as a slowly expanding horrific smelling brownish red stain on the wall that grows in size and viscous thickness. Eventually it emerges from it's infectious pustulent portal to pursue Grimm after finding where he was hiding.
