The Patels are a small family that run their own bakery together. Raj is from India and met Audrey when he moved to America just before starting high school, the two being inseparable (and at times intolerable) ever since. They never seem to be apart from each other and are always complimenting one another especially obsessing over their daughter Charlie.

Head of the business, Raj favors busy days at his business with the family. He learned to speak English long before he moved but still retains a noticeable accent.

About:
Co-owner, like Raj she is quick on her feet which contributes to the business' success. She has a bubbly personality which can make her appear air-headed at first but she is actually fairly intelligent.

Interests: Cloth-work (sewing, quilting,knitting, etc), being outdoors, scrapbooking, photography

Dislikes: Being cooped up inside for too long, hot weather, being away from her family

CHARLIE:

About: Works at her parents' bakery when not attending school, she prefers the kitchen rather than face-to-face service up front. She has a short fuse and does not tolerate teasing or rudeness as well as her parents. Though she can't stand them embarrassing her in public she has a very good realationship with them.
