After an unexpected and awkward meeting Sofia and Laura explain to each other, Sofia fell on a bimbo curse where she got a huge hourglass shape that she hates and even worse her mothers is forcing her to wear skimpy clothes and go to a fashion model class, turning into her mother; and Laura weared the clown dress for too long that the curse, which turns the user into a very pregnant clown women, moved from the dress to her body making the effect permanent even if she takes off the dress, she does a treatment that slowly changes her back to normal but for some reason is taking more longer than expected.

They talk about their problems about their new figures but suddenly Laura gets an idea: even that Laura doesn't mind to be pregnant she would love to have the figure of Sofia and knowing that she hates her new body she proposed her idea, back on the hospital where she got an orb that is helping her with the clown curse she also saw an strange object that looks like a mirror with two big gems, supposedly that object swap curses from two persons near that and maybe she can borrow it so they can swap the curses; Sofia doubt about the idea because even she hates her hourglass shape she doen't want to be heavily pregnant clown either.

Laura convinces her to do that since even if Sofia gets the her curse is temporary because of the treatment, Sofia agrees and they swaps their curses, Laura gets a hyper hourglass shape, which she dreamed, and Sofia gets heavily pregnant with some clown traits; they also swap ther clothes and they goes to the mall for buy new clothes.
