so this pic was actually done a little differently

i sketched it out and then enhanced the lineart then printed it out on cardstock paper then colored.

i printed it out for two reasons.

1) i hate how my work looks after i ink it... i feel like the sketches are always 1000 times better... and that i ruin my art when i ink it

2) i LOVE the way sketches look... i am not a fan of clean outer lines i like the rough sketchy feel to it. you can see the artist's emotion in their sketch lines.

so from now on, all personal art is probably gunna be done this way and i will prefer to do it for my commissions too. but i will do the usual inking work too for commissions and all the badges too
