Guess what soundtrack I was listening to while working on colouring this XD
Anyhow, this is a WMC commission for Shinar (FA) of His character Travis playing some violin music for Winter.
Winter must find this music so beautiful that he's dancing to it all wispy like.
Surprisingly enough I found that drawing 2 characters that are mostly pure white together while keeping them distinguishable from each other was a much more difficult task than I had thought.
I think I had shaded Winter there 3-4 times just to get him not to completely blend in with Travis' head XO
Overall I am very happy with how it has turned out, even if there is not snow on the ground here yet. <3

i think i have this piece faved on FA, but i'm not sure if i ever commented on it. i keep coming back to it and looking at it, because i love how you used all the whites. there's so very much white in the image, but it all looks distinguished and defined, yet fluid and graceful. Winter looks very, well...blue and wintery, cold and frigid. while Travis has a bit of green and freshness, which makes me think of spring. so it contrasts a bit, but still covers many emotions and time periods. it's just really wonderful, so i have to make sure i fave it here too ^_^
