      FOR THE KIDS AT HOME

      step 1: make a grayscale drawing. doesn't need to be perfect

      step 2: new layer, noise filter

      step 3: another new layer, another noise filter

      step 4: use the animation window. make frames of the the second noise filter, move it in a bunch of crazy directions.

      step 5: make two dark gray bars, as seen in the gif, on multipl. make frames of those moving up and down.

      step 6:????????

      step 7: profit
