This is who you'll be speaking to about commissions or whatever else you need if you need something from us. We work together so don't be afraid to poke the fun little reindeer!!

The Diet TOS

I primarily operate over, so go ahead and join the channel. if you wanna stay up to date with what's going on! Otherwise stick to my Mastodon and Weasyl and that's fine too.

1. I only take payment via Paypal Invoices
2. I take full payment up front once all details are discussed and verified.
3. I have the right to cancel or refuse your commission for any reason(s), especially if you are rude, or incredibly impatient.
4. Please be sober of the mind before commissioning me. I take no responsibility for any orders placed under the influence. No refunds!
5. Off-the-menu commissions are kinda touchy. You can ask but I can't say for sure if I'd approve even if payment is offered up front.
6. If you commission me without a clear ref, and cannot provide a cohesive prompt of what you want - I will put your commission on hold until you are ready to provide details. This means you will not enter the Queue. I am not a mind reader, therefore I cannot magically make something for you unless you tell me.

• I reserve the rights to my art and may use finished comisisons for future ads, or examples.
• You have the rights to your commission, you can edit it, crop it, pretty much do whatever, just credit me @CaffeinatedCultist please! I only ask that you please don't post on other platforms without asking for my permission first. Some platforms I'm not okay with and would rather do it myself or avoid it entirely.

It is your responsibility to read the TOS before commissioning me. Fully paid commissions will be counted as agreement that you have fully read and understood this TOS!!
