My first piece in almost a week. It was a neat little color mixing exercise, heavily reffed from an image I found. This was my first attempt with Casein paints, which I found out about through James Gurney's blog. They're interesting, a lot like Gouache. I tried to varnish it, and I think if I try so again, it will need more time to cure, since it did muddle the pigment just a bit.
