Since wolf made me watch basil of baker street i really liked the movie! i had seen it before but i was to kiddie to remember. all i could think of it was that i loved ratigan's design... and now that i can remember it much better i absolutely adore it so much more! the guy has areally cool look XD not to mention really fancy clothing, and so off synch attitude. just contrasting his crazy mind , but maybe id go crazy too if i was too big for my clothes and everything id wear would make me look fat, like him :I

The lighting and coloring are quite solid; they make Ratigan quite distinct from the background. The anatomy is well done too, to the point that I can make out the musculature beneath his fancy wear. After all, the chubby types tend to hide quite a bit of strength. Plus, the texture you used for the fur is realistic but not too realistic. The only detail throwing me off is the size of his eyes relative to his head.
Overall, solid composition! <3
