Not the fastest at doing commissions, or projects in general, but they get done.

PAYMENT
• Payment with USD and through PayPal only.
• Entire payment is required upfront for commissions under $100. 50% of full
payment is nonrefundable.
o Payment plans for commissions over $100 can be discussed once
commission is accepted and before commission contract is finalized.
• Final product at full resolution will be sent once payment is paid in full.
• Send payment only when invoice has been sent, please.

REFUND POLICY
• If commission is canceled for any reason before sketch is completed 60% of
payment may be refunded.
• Upon the beginning of the Line-art no more refunds will be given.
• If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission a full refund will
be sent.

o Custom OCs are welcome but may fluctuate price depending on
complexity.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
• I will not accept commissions with a deadline. It may take up to 4 weeks for
commission to begin. Client will be contacted once commission is started.
• Visual references are recommended such as a color pallet, reference sheet,
and general pose/theme so there is as little confusion as possible. Be
specific!
• Up to 2 free major edits if needed. Additional edits will not be made unless
paid for.
• Progress updates will be sent throughout process. This includes initial
sketch, lineart, and base color pallet.
• Size is generally 3850px x 2900px with 400 DPI. Will be sent in PNG format.
Format and size can be changed upon to client request.
• Updates will be sent through Email. Finalized Artwork will be primarily sent
through Dropbox. Email decreases size of the file.

USE OF PRODUCT
• Product may be used for personal use only. I do not allow for commercial
use of artwork. Client may not make a profit off use of art, sell prints,
posters, etc… Prints can be made for personal use only.
• Artwork can be posted on social media only if artist is credited in the post. If
it is posted on a platform I do not have please leave a link to my website or
other platform.
• Artist has the right to post artwork on their own social media. Similar to the
client I cannot sell commissions commercially as prints, posters, etc…
• Client cannot edit work in any way other than changing file size or format.
