OKAY SO, this is a piece a long time in the making. I'm glad I finally got it done, but this is Pyrra,   Chronis_Wolf's Charizard character. It started as joking about boob window sweaters, and turned into a sort of trade between us. XP So here ya go buddy. (He's had this for a while, but the move has taken some time for me to upload this. XP)
