Because of his small appearance, nothing prepared you for what came next as parts of his fur began to ignite and shine. Flaming whips erupted from his paws and a set of wings burst from his back, and the last thing you notice is the flames around his pitch dark pupils.

A remake of an older image from almost 8 years ago for one of my longest known friends here, puppies. I looked back at my older image and wanted to see if I can replicate it and give it a new spin with my current set of skills and tool sets. On top of that, Chain was hoping to update his look a little bit, and I love drawing the cute pup. So here's his vampiric side, utilizing programs like Corel Painter to create the magical elements, while focusing heavily on lighting and shadows to make him pop.
