I know a few people who are struggling with weight loss, so I thought I'd offer a brief look at my philosophy in dieting (not included: "if I want it, I have to cook it"). If anyone would like me to go into more detail into this stuff in the future, I wouldn't mind setting up a blog!

Good luck!! Are you following a doctor's advice or did you find your own plan? It does get easier, as you continue your stomach will get used to smaller portions. If you're meeting a calorie goal but still feel hungry, you might want to eat something higher-protein. Tofu and eggs are great for low-calorie protein. And a snack every once in a while won't do much damage :)
