This originally was a writing exercise for me. I wanted to work on describing monster transformations a little better. In the end, I found the story worked out quite well that I wanted to post here.

This is a story about a scientists who decides he doesn't want to take the safe and slow route, but chooses a more dangerous method to create a dinosaur. He knew the risks, but he thought he could control them. In the end, he realized his mistake and paid for it. However, he's very happy with the unexpected results though!

note: this is an old story I wrote back in 2012 that I decided to bring over here too. I've put it as mature for some of the gore described.
