I asked if you wanted to upgrade to colour and you declined, this is a single base colour as advertised.

I see two colours in there. But very well keep it as it is I'll try to add some colour in there something new for my skills great job on the elephant.

When I purchased this pic it clearly states that the chatacter in this pic from my ref sheet isn't all orange and you wanted me to pay you 5+ for an upgrade.
That is why I declined unless you can'tbe bothered to colour my pic in properly, My I have this feeling that I got ripped off. This was supposed to be a £10 ych commission based off a character from the ref sheet his eyes are not covered in orange and slapped his tattoos on there. No artist does that he finishes it off or something else like his clients will complain.

It clearly states that the starting bid will give you a base coloured sketch, which is one solid colour, not flats. I did not rip you off, I have been completely transparent with what you paid for from the start.
Sorry if you're disappointed but I have given you what I promised, and you agreed to the price. I have not ripped you off.
