I didn't like Chesnaught that much at first and then I made the wizard/ninja/knight connection. He's got the tanky armor knight thing going on, which I approve of. I always gain a deeper appreciation for things once I draw them, too!

The easiest way is to chain fish or run around in the Friend Safari for an hour or two. Google the shiny rates in X/Y, you'll be surprised.

Yeah, I've actually seen a lot about chaining shinies. I might try it someday, but for some reason it feels cheap, I'd love to legitimately run into a shiny randomly sometime. <:

I could NEVER get the hang of PokeRadar chaining. But fishing chains are stupid easy and I agree they've been devalued. There are more shiny Goldeen on the GTS than regular ones. I traded something like a Meowth for one, haha.
