Introducing Kristi’s daughters Nina (mage) and Slava (knight)

Nina being a mage came as a surprise to everyone, and she was being trained by Bjoern’s mother as well as by Kristi and Damian (parents) for physical training, since physical strength increases one’s magical strength.
Obviously she’s not nearly as buff as her knight siblings (all of which are knights, not a single one lacked the sixth sense that all knights must have).

She was closest with Slava and they became a fighting pair, since it’s always useful for a knight to have a knight’s mage with them.

I didn’t even notice until later that I gave Nina her mother’s head and her father’s face, while Slava has her father’s head and her mother’s face, lmao

Knight’s mages tend to have wands/staffs in order to be able to reach an enemy with a gem easier without getting too close. It’s usually a metal staff with a gem of a different kind on each side, most of the staff is bound in wood or leather, and in the middle or on one side it has a gem embedded in the middle of the staff, where a mage can touch it and direct their magic more accurately.

Nina is a bold, loud and wild girl, while Slava tends to be on the more shy side.

Slava’s knight’s tunic has her own colour - brown - in the middle, and her mother’s colour - turquoise/green - on the sides. On the front she has her mother’s family crest.
Knight’s tunics always have the wearer’s designated colour in the middle and their parent’s colour on the sides - if the knight is a girl it’s the mother’s colour (and crest), if the knight is a boy, it’s the father’s. If only one parent is a knight, like it was in kristi’s case, where only the father had the sixth sense, then the side colour is either random or from the grandmother.
That way they try to prevent the knight mother’s side of the family from being lost too quickly through generations, since knighthood is a highly respected thing in the Nebograd kingdom.
