So I talked to SSP and tuna about modern AU version of Clark and basically the conclusion was that he’s a pathetic coke addict.

he’s much more corrupt than canon!clark, because modern age offers more easy corruption

clark def looks much skinnier in modern au as well, since modern hobos don’t really have to climb trees and buildings on daily basis like he does in the canon version.

to get drugs in crisis, he would probably get into hold-up situations, which are easier to pull off for an elf, seeing as humans can hardly tell differences between two elves, and the victim wouldn't really be able to recognize him later on. In even more desperate times, he'd do even more unpleasant things, which honestly, I am sad to think about.

Mostly I imagine he does little dirty jobs and little odd jobs all around the place to gather enough money to survive day to day

Like in the canon, clark has his self-esteem in place, but his addiction is his one big insecurity

in this version i will probably kill him off to get him out of his misery.
