Third of my Friday game, Firbolg Druid Folen Calderson! He'd been having a pretty good time tending to the island source of his magical power, til some meteors hit, and started oozing weird magic everywhere. Since then, wizards have showed up, made things worse with experiments, and kicked him out as soon as he made his presence known. 

Since then he's kind of been drifting around for a few years, and then recently got caught up in an adventuring party. 

...I originally designed him with mercer-type firbolgs in mind, but those aren't a thing in this world. C'est la vie, I suppose.
