B-man Belongs to me

Well my attempt at a story...-3-...and I shall get ready to be reamed...

Story:

-The battle had been won, Lucifer had been defeated by Belle in what others were now calling her "berserk" form. Yet she had not killed him some part of her primal mind had stopped her for doing so, yet during the celebration of the victory and of another year of her ruling of hell she felt hollow inside. -

-Beelzebub stood by her bedroom window looking over the courtyard down at the smell get together of angels and demons, those whom had been part of the fight only a day before were chatting with one another. She didn't really want to be part of it yet as a formality she should, just then there was a soft knock at the door. -

"Come.."

-Slowly the door opened into her chamber, the neko-jin angel named Sky stepped inside-

"Lord Beelzeub?"

-Beelzebub never moved from her spot, but as Sky stepped up slowly he could see her grip on the window frame tighten that much more-

"Are you going to join us?"

She didn't reply, of course Sky knew why. Almost a month before his friend Brandon or B-man as some called him, had been beaten to near death by Lucifer. Sky couldn't know the pain the demon lord felt, she had taken a liking to his friend. He took a slowly breath then spoke, trying to choose his words carefully.

"I went to the hospital"

-He saw Beelzebub stop breathing for a instant-

"He was discharged the day before the battle, I'm not sure where he is right now"

-SKy waited for a long moment, but Beelzebub didn't reply. Slowly he turned and made his way for the door, then Beelzebub spoke-

"Sky?"

He stopped and turned back to her-

"Yes, M'Lord?"

-Beelzebub tensed as she tried to hold in her emotions, but still he could tell that she was deeply troubled-

"Do you think..."

-She didn't finish her sentence as her mind trailed off, remembering the horrid experience of weeks before. The broken body of B-man before her eyes came back into her mind, slowly Sky prompted-

"That he will want to see any of us?"

-Beelzebub leaned onto the window frame taking in a sharp intake of breath, she was desperately trying not to break down emotionally as she spoke-
"I am so torn over this, part of me wants to see him again. Yet by the same token I am afraid that he will...will reject me because I....I was so damned sure of my abilities...my skills..."

-She looked back to Sky with a pained expression-

"I love him Sky....with every fibre of my being I love him...but...I'm....I'm"

-She trailed off in thought again as her body stiffened as self anger weld up inside her, Sky moved up slowly yet stayed a arms length away-

"Afraid M'Lady?"

-Beelzebub blinked not having been called that in a long time, She didn't feel much like one, yet she looked at Sky confused as mustered up some courage to speak his mind-

"I think I can speak for Brandon in this matter...hell...he has a way of changing peoples minds.."

-She blinked at him once confused-

"Changing peoples minds? in what way?"

-Sky chuckled as he moved back a few steps to lean on a clothing cabinet-

"Just something he had told me when we saw you with some of the people of hell...and so long as we all fought together"

-Beelzebub paused as she had remembered what she was doing, after visiting B-man to apologize for trying to kill him. She had gone down to see her people, B-man must have seen her being greeted and praised. Even the side of her during the revolt, What had he seen in her?

"He told me that he didn't really look at you as the ruler of hell after some time, just as a women doing a job. I have to admit he was right...-

-It struck a cord in her as she moved over to a small manikin of her form, the red dress she had made for the occasion...for him...would he accept her once more?-

"A woman...with feelings, dreams, hopes, and desires..."

-Sky glanced at the dress then back to Beelzebub-

"You should wear it...He would want you too..."

Sky bowed slightly and made his way to the door, then looked back to Beelzebub-

"I was wrong about you...and I'm sorry"

-She turned to look at him confused-

"Sorry? for?"

-Sky chuckled-

"For not realizing that sooner...B should be back at his Dojo by now...please...go and speak with him"

-Sky turned and left Beelzebub alone with her thoughts, slowly she reached up for the dress hesitant to touch it-

A woman....not a position of power...just...woman...with feelings...

BMANS DOJO

-B-man had just finished putting a few frozen food items away into his fridge, he had been released from the hospital the day before and was under strict orders to rest. He was still covered in bandages and the worse was around his head, he had been burned badly and his face had been deformed thanks to Lucifer-

I wonder....

-he turned his thoughts to the small bag of medications and ointments he had been given at the hospital pharmacy, he didn't notice the slight brightening of light in the dojos living room, didn't notice the soft footfalls just her deep feminine voice-

"Brandon?"

-He turned around and saw her, Beelzebub in the red dress she had posed in for him a month ago. His body stiffened as he wasn't sure what was going to happen, hesitantly Beelzebub moved up to him. He didn't dare move as he was afraid he would fall-

"Belle?"

-He spoke her "pet" name that she told him, his mind raced for a second as he remembered what had happened the night when he and finished of the last of Jacks generals-

"Am I another?...Really am I just another one?..of...of your..."

-She paused clear understanding on her face, she had remembered as well of that night. when she had caught him in her arms before he had passed out from exhaustion-

"No, you aren't another...you will never just "another"...yes it is true...of my..."Flings" in the past...but not now..."

-B-mans legs gave way once more, but Belle snatched him up in her arms. Her tail wrapped around his waist to support him, her lips her close to his as she spoke-

"I was a fool for being so sure of myself...I almost lost you....and this just cemented things into perspective...I love you B...with all of my heart...and I want you to know that...but I also want you to know that I will not force myself on you, not like before. Please....I...I just want you...If you don't wish such a situation...then I will understand..."

-there...she had said it, what was really on her mind.-

And now he will want to be alone, and I will respect him for that...

-Yet his reply wasn't something she had expected, after the entire ordeal his reply men't the world to her-

"I...I would like to try Belle...no one is perfect...but...let's just take it slow.."

-He looked up at her as she could only see his eyes through the bandages-

"I'm not afraid anymore..."

-Her lips her on his in a instant, her kiss was soft and sensual. Slowly she leaned back then reached up to touch his face, he winced as he put his hands to hers-

"please...I'm...I'm not a pretty sight.."

-Beelzebub leaned in and kissed his lips softly once more-

" Appearance means nothing when one is in love...Nor ones stature...which you opened my eyes on"

-He stiffened up and closes his eyes as she used her nails to cut away at the bandages, the air felt cool on his skin yet he didn't open his eyes. Beelzebub let off a soft gasp of astonishment, then moved him over to a mirror-

"Brandon...open your eyes, please just open them-

-reluctantly B-man did so, then blinked a few times. His melted burned face was back to normal, he looked at Beelzebub confused-

"But, how?..."

-He lost his footing again and Belle was there to hold him upright, he could feel the warmed of her body agains't his now. Her smooth polished scaled against't the bare parts of his skin-

"I think my mother may have had something to do with it...after I told her my feeling about you.."

-B-man looked back into the mirror speechless-

"B, there is one thing I want to do...then I want to take care of you until you heal up, and no not in Hell. Here in your home..."

-B-man looked back up at Belle, in her beautiful crimson red eyes-

HELL

-The brilliant flash of Hell flames appeared and vanished in a instant, those whom had gathered for the small get together looked back. Some of their jaws dropped at the sheer beauty of Beelzebub in her dress, others were shocked to see the mortal being supposed by the demon lord tail. Beelzebub ruler of Hell, Lord of Darkness, Mistress of Pain, The infernal Dragon. Smiled with such warmed as she spoke-

"Gathered Guests...I have an announcement to make...some of you have most likely guessed that I ....and the mortal before you...have been in a relationship of sorts...I want you put the record straight and dispel any of the wild rumours that may be floating about"

-Beelzebub gently put her arm around B-man's shoulder as she spoke-

"We are together..."

-Some of the Deities, angels and demons gathered let out a gasp of shock, as B-man raised up one arm and waved rather embarrassed-

"Uh...Hello"
