Alright, so uh, new alt sona.

I had been toying around with different ideas for a character that could sit well with me. Something design-wise and personality.

The character Hif was an extremely exaggerated aspect of myself. Like an Id. Too affectionate, too hyper, too mischievous, too much of a party animal.

I have another character named Wyvern and I really do like his species and aspects about him... but he's also a very negative character. I feel I have much more in common with my Wyvern character than Hif, but he's very self-centered and does what he wants, so it kinda limits the kind of images I can put him in. He is also not very sexual at all. (I'm not too much either, but Wyvern more so.) He is also insecure. I am definitely not an insecure person. Wyvern will probably take on a life in another place. I've wanted to use him in a comic, if I ever get to doing that.

I tried and created another character named "Grin", a demon-like character with bat-like features. I had some kind of idea floating around at the back of my mind for certain features I wanted my new character to have. Bats are my favourite animals so there was some of that. Gave the guy horns because why not... but when his personality and everything came together... it still didn't feel quite right. Like, he was too timid. His design was closer to what I wanted and personality too, but he was still off. It's weird when characters start taking on a life of their own, even when you don't even get to use them. Or maybe it was a matter of outgrowing a character in such a short time.

So on the bus, what did I do? I took these characters, exaggerated aspects, and essentially smashed them together.
Vern, another wyvern. Less colour because since when am I actually a colourful person? But I suppose there is colourful personality when the mood is right, so there's the glowing tail. In terms of height he's hovering around the metre range. Another shorty. I'll elaborate on personality more another time. Let's just say he's closest to me, for now. :P
