For the MMC Conbook this year themed: Traveling Folk - a bit a romantic take on Circus, Gypsies and Folk from the Fair. Folk might recall, I had a similar idea for the Eurofurence "The Unlucky Thirteen" more than five years back when I incorporated a salesman of horseshoes and a fortune telling cat. As I liked the idea of the fair ground attractions of fortune telling and charm selling, I revisited it for this black and white sloshy ink piece. If you watch closely, you just might find out which child hood animation film was a major reference to the characters in this piece :D - Oh I do like to reinterpret some of those old films and reference them - brings back so many memories of the past :D
