This is here is Not Blue but Storm. in Blues younger days he was raised by a Witch who named him Storm and used Storm as her steed. after all who wants a horse when you can have a dragon.

It was her who raised Storm from the age around 20 still a young hatcling into the fearce feared storm dragon. she was the one who taught him to read and speak and interact with human culture..be it most interaction were to terrorize.

but he did not mind Storm saw the witch as her mother and she treated him like her son.
