Soprano Clef Dragon

Bluefire-Amaterasu

Clef Dragons are a closed species created by Bluefire-Amaterasu

There are three different sub-categories of dragons with different designs: One for the soprano clef (C clef), the violin clef (G Clef) and the bass clef (F Clef). The tip of their tails will be formed or twisted in the shape of their clefs.

I start with the Common Soprano Clef dragon. The common soprano dragons have short fur, feathered wings, a short tail and short feathers on their head and forlegs. The color scheme and designpatterns can change, as well as the design of the tail.
They cannot have scales, horns or bat-like wings.

General background story:

Clef dragons are music and sound itself. Without them there would be no sound, no music, no singing. Only silence. So if you hear your fav soundtrack next time, you can be sure that at least three clef dragons are around you! One soprano, violin and bass clef which work together to make all the differnt sounds audible for you!
Clef dragons are especially interested in people who make music (animals of course, too, but I'll tell their story from the peoples POV ^^). Musicians are mostly surrounded by a group of dragons who eagerly wait for the next rehearsal or concert, because with every song, special sounds or harmonics they made audible they develop and earn another star, which are always glowing under their skin. So the Clefs usually develop their skills parallel to the skills of their chosen human musician.
Depending on the music the Clefs prefer, their appearance change. I'm sure that that Bass Clef above is into fantasy soundtracks. A Bass Clef favoring Metal, Rock or Jazz would look different, meaning that it will have other colors, patterns, horns etc. while it'll keep his general anatomy.
Unfortunately most people are not able to see Clefs, because they normally hide themselves behind a thick cloud of energy. Nevertheless some people are able to see the Clefs and these people are mostly musicians who reached a very high skill level. Jazz musicians like Oscar Peterson, Stan Getz or John Coltrane definitely were able to see their dragons! ^w^
And here comes the explanaition why all the Omegas have some fog around them. ^^ When an Omega becomes visible to a human, we can see through the energetic fog, but we will still see a little bit of the fog.
So next time you play your instrument, listen to your favorite songs, play PlayStation or watch a movie, you can be sure that some dragons are watching you, too! (Clefs that play music of Horror Survival Games actually love to scare the gamer every now and then...just saying. XD )
