Despite the lack of hands so he can rub his fat noisy belly due to his nubs. But Handy with an Fat Gurgling Belly
might do for him and maybe that someone might feed him with food or maybe donate him with so much money so he can possibly afford some Mechnical
arms to replace those Nubs so he can finally not only rub his Noisy and Plumpy Belly but using it for anything that requires
hands to perform things like Building and stuff.

So as for now for Handy, he's looking at his noisy plump belly feeling happy about it and imagining that if he had hands that were existed right now
then he might rub it. [And Possibly debating that he might rub it using his Nubs]
